Who runs FitCamp?

The team leader is Biz – She has spent years researching the best diet and nutritional plans working with thousands of clients. Her understanding of almost all nutritional plans is unprecedented.

Her expertise began as an hCG weight loss pioneer starting in support groups and then developing her own support system. This later expanded to coaching others in their weight loss journey.  With so much information at her fingertips, she evolved the hCG program into a workable weight loss system with greater sustainability over the long haul.

Over time, she discovered losing weight is the first step, keeping it off is paramount. Her focus is now centered on finding the right real whole food plan for each particular body by researching the various programs available.

Furthermore, she learned early on weight loss isn’t entirely about the physical body; it is one part of the whole involving the mind and spirit as well. Armed with this knowledge, the Whole Body Approach to Health evolved addressing these three components.

Biz has handpicked a team of associates, who are experienced and trained, acted as guinea pigs, researchers, and sounding boards. These advisors are highly qualified, discerning nuances in menus and activity styles, in order to make individual recommendations.
