Biz is there to help, no matter where you live!

I am in Australia and started this hCG journey on my own.  I didn’t know what I was doing and I had no support, except what I could find on the internet.  Even then, I felt very isolated because all the internet sites were in the states!

Then I found the HTA website, and it was so comprehensive, friendly and nonthreatening.

I found out one day that Biz was offering personal, one-on-one coaching, I thought, “Wow, this could be the answer for me”, as I have an under-active thyroid and felt I needed a little extra help.

I thought there was probably little chance Biz would be interested in coaching me, given that I was on a different continent, in a very different time zone.  Wrong.  She was so positive, and said if I was up for it, she was too.

Just that positive attitude straight up made me feel like this was going to be possible.  We worked out that when Biz was up at 6:00 am her time, starting her day, I might catch her if I was up late at my end.  Often, I will be checking in when Biz is at the end of her day, but she so understands, and even if I miss a check-in a couple of days and have to catch up it’s no big deal for her.  She just keeps me focused and thinking about what I want to achieve that day, that week.

I can’t believe how much she’s changed my way of thinking – I used to be a ‘guilty’ eater, which made me just sabotage my diet even more.  Now, if I indulge, I realize that it was a choice I made in that moment, but that’s all it was, and I don’t have to keep making those choices.

I now value my body, and realize it for the great temple that it is.  I don’t want to fill it with toxins and junk.  Biz has helped me realize this, and I will never be able to thank her enough for that.  Suffice to say, I have been maintaining for the last 3 months (never before achieved!), and I have one more round left to lose the last 6 pounds to reach my goal.

If there’s anyone out there in Australia, or any other country for that matter, don’t feel like you have to do this alone – Biz is there to help, no matter where you live!
