I did my first two rounds all on my own, before discovering Happily Thinner After, and did pretty well with P2. My problem arose, like many, during Round 2, P3/4. I had a hard time stabilizing. I couldn’t figure out why, because stabilizing on P3/4 the first round turned out to be easy. I started out Round 3 on my own, and finished P2. I did not want the hard work of my P2s to be undone by a wayward P3. I signed up for one-on-one coaching with Biz. In addition to HTA, Biz was a great “discovery”.
Her approach to coaching with the hCG diet is laid back, supportive, totally non-judgmental. She has a gentle way of nudging you towards your best options/outcome. Her counseling is geared towards me specifically. There is no “one size fits all” approach to coaching. I stabilized well during my 3rd round, due in no small part to Biz. Her experience and research with the hCG diet is invaluable.
I am now close to finishing R4P2. Biz promised me that P2 with her would be “fun” and I might even be able to stay on it longer, if I wanted. “uh huh…right”, but you know what? This P2 has been much more enjoyable than my others. My losses have been about the same, but it’s been an easier ride. Oh, and I’m going to add on another week or so to my P2.
I am about 3 lbs away from a loss of 100 lbs. Without the support of the HTA community, and specifically Biz, with her experience and knowledge, I don’t think I would be at this point in my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Biz to anyone needing help and support, or even just to make a round a little easier. It’s well worth it. You’re well worth it!
