So what are you waiting for?
I’ve always had to worry and struggle with my weight since childhood (I weighed in at 10.5 lbs at birth for crying out loud!), except for the years that I was running marathons. Even then, I was an unhealthy thin. I’d catch every cold that came along, was on inhalers for asthma, daily allergy meds, antibiotics for sinus infections at least twice a year, suffered from bouts of anxiety, etc. Years passed, and the weight just jumped up and hung on for dear life! I’d had enough. I started seeking out alternative therapies as the conventional medical field was not able to treat the causes, only trying to give me a pill for one thing, followed by another pill to cover up the effects of the first pill. One day, my acupuncturist told me about hCG, and thought I should try it to help me clear up my internal candida issues. So I did. Without much guidance other than a list of what I could and could not eat. Then I found HTA – what a lifesaver!
After being in Boot Camp for a few weeks, I decided to sign up with Biz for one on one coaching. She helped me when I couldn’t figure out what I was doing that was causing a stall, or a gain (yeah, that happened once or twice). We also worked through the concept of high fat eating (which being a personal trainer and a former long distance athlete was totally unbelievable to me), my numerous food intolerances, etc. Biz has “talked me off the ledge” on more than one occasion!! I have to say that she’s really helped me be more informed about my food choices in general, and opened my eyes to a way of eating for life that will help me stay healthy long after hCG.
One nice “side effect” of working with Biz is that my husband’s health has also improved. He’s commented on this to several of our friends. He has “seasons” where he’s desk-bound and working very long hours. He used to have severe pain in his upper back during these times of the year. We were out to dinner one night with another couple and he was bragging to his friend how I’ve cleaned up our diets and it’s helped because he’s noticed he has more energy and is not experiencing the upper back pain that he usually gets. He had no idea that Biz really deserves the credit for that one!
So what are you waiting for? You are SO worth the investment of one on one coaching. Stop putting it off – take the step that will teach you techniques you can use for the rest of your life. Remember – give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he eats for a lifetime.
