That little gadget can go a long way to making Zoodles which are awesome for P2.  Yes, I know that zucchini is not an allowed veggie, but it is for any Bod Squad member.  ::giggle::

I posted a recipe for Marinara Sauce a few months ago, and said I would be releasing the Zoodle Chicken recipe soon, so here it is.

It wasn’t until my 4th round that I actually tried cottage cheese for P2.  Sure, I read like everyone else that cottage cheese was allowed, however, I never ever thought it would be satiating enough to feel like a real meal.  I mean, come on, we are only allowed 500 calories in a day and why would I want to waste it on such a small amount of food?

Yum!  This is normally a side dish in Hawaii, and it’s usually made with fresh raw salmon that you salt yourself for a few hours.  However, I needed to have a recipe that would come close for P2, and this does the trick!

People sometimes get the words SASHIMI and SUSHI mixed up.

  • Sashimi:  Raw meat, most often fish.
  • Sushi:  Vinegar and sugared rice with other ingredients, usually fish, and maybe some vegetables and most often wrapped in seaweed

Way back when I did a round of Phase 2 using all raw foods, sashimi was almost a daily occurrence, and I have to say that the round was one of the best rounds I ever had on protocol.
